The site asks for personal data in one place: its forms. This is what happens to it.

Who is responsible

Nexow, Inc., a Delaware corporation, runs nexow.studio and decides how the data described here is used. Its details are on the legal page.

To reach us about your data, write through the contact form and say it is about privacy.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form, and the technical data that comes with any visit:

  • Project form: your name and email, your company if you give it, the project, the budget and the timing.
  • Investor form: your name and email, your firm, its website if you give it, the check size and your message.
  • Application form: your name and email, the role, what you have shipped, and a link if you give one.
  • Every visit: your IP address, your browser and the pages you open, which Cloudflare handles to deliver the site and protect it.

There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no scripts or fonts loaded from other sites.

The visit counter in the footer is one number for the whole site. Counting your visit adds one to it and stores nothing about you.

Why we use it

To read your message, answer it, and take the step you ask for, such as a quote, a call or an interview. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us.

To keep the site running and safe from abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

Cloudflare, Inc. serves the site and delivers each form to our inbox by email. Its privacy policy covers what it handles for us.

Our email provider stores the messages we receive.

No one else receives your data, unless the law requires it.

Where it is handled

Nexow, Inc. is a United States company and Cloudflare runs servers around the world, so your data may be handled outside your country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

A message stays in our inbox as long as we need it to answer you and follow up on what you asked. If it leads to work together, it is kept with the records of that work. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy, or to object to how we use it. Write through the contact form. We answer within one month.

You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Children

The site is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Cookies

One cookie remembers your answer to the cookie notice. The cookie policy lists everything the site keeps in your browser.

Changes

When this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date at the top.
