Terms of use.

Last updated

These terms apply when you use nexow.studio. By using the site, you accept them.

Who we are

The site is run by Nexow, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Its details are on the legal page.

What the site is for

It presents our services, our own apps and our open roles, and lets you write to us. What it says is for information only: it is not an offer, and it may change at any time.

The forms

What you send must be accurate and yours to share. Sending a form does not create a contract or commit either side.

Client work starts only under a separate written agreement, signed by both sides.

Investors

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any investment in Nexow, Inc. would be made only through separate documents and as the law allows.

Our apps

Our apps, and the sites they run on, may have terms of their own. These terms cover this site only.

What belongs to whom

The texts, drawings, code and design of this site belong to Nexow, Inc. You may link to any page. For any other use, ask us first.

Other names and logos shown here, such as those of the technologies we build with, belong to their owners.

Using the site fairly

Do not use the site to break the law, to send spam or malicious code, or to try to reach parts of it that are not public.

Other sites

Links to other sites are there for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

No warranty

We take care over the site, but it is provided as is, without any warranty, and it may sometimes be unavailable.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Nexow, Inc. is not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or from relying on what it says. Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
